The form helps you put together an email. Your message stays on your device until you choose to open your email app. You can review it there and send it yourself. We do not receive it through the form.

Save a copy downloads your message to your device. The website does not save it in browser storage. Once you send an email, your email provider handles it under its own privacy terms.

Visiting the website

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes the requests needed to show its pages and photographs. We do not use advertising pixels or analytics scripts, and the website does not set its own cookies.

A little about the photography you have in mind is all we need. Please keep patient information and clinical records out of your message.
