For the people behind your practice

Group practice headshots with room for each person

A team page can feel connected while each person still looks like themselves. We bring a shared photographic look and individual direction to your practice portraits.

Let’s talk about your portraits

A shared look, a personal photograph

The same background, light and framing help your portraits sit together. Each person can bring their own expression, posture and choice of clothing to the photograph.

We talk through the look with your practice contact first. During the session, each clinician gets direction suited to them.

Make the day easier to arrange

Start with who needs a new portrait and when they can be there. One person at the practice can help coordinate arrivals and keep everyone informed.

We plan time for setting up the room and photographing each person. If a colleague needs to come on another day, we can discuss a separate session for them.

  • A list of the people who need photographs
  • A room and the hours it is available
  • Your current team page and any portraits you want to keep
  • One contact to help with the schedule and final set
Think through a session at your office

Give everyone a say in their portrait

Some people know the expression they want; others appreciate help choosing. We agree how everyone will review their photographs so each person can take part in the choice.

Your practice contact checks the complete set, including names and the pictures going on the website. That keeps personal choices and the team page together.

A set your website designer can work with

A team card may need a close crop. A biography page may have room for a wider portrait. Share the layout before the day so we can photograph both when they are part of the plan.

We agree the number of finished images, editing and files with you. The handoff includes the names and crops your website team needs.

Make room for more than a headshot

Keep the door open for the next colleague

The look we choose becomes a reference for a later portrait. When someone joins, send us the current team page and we can plan their photograph around it.

Later additions are arranged and quoted when you need them.

Add a new clinician’s portrait

Before we meet.

A few things you might be wondering before we meet.

Does everyone need to arrive together?

We can plan individual arrival times around the room and people’s availability. A group photograph needs everyone present, so we give that its own place in the schedule if you want one.

What if someone is nervous about the session?

Let us know what would help them feel comfortable. We give each person clear direction, make room for questions and involve them in choosing their portrait.

Should everyone wear the same thing?

A similar level of formality can bring the set together. People can still choose clothes they enjoy wearing. We can discuss colors with the background before the session.

Can each person choose their own photograph?

Yes, individual choice can be part of the session plan. We agree the review method with you and how your practice contact will check the final team set.

How many people can you photograph in a day?

Send us the number of people, their availability and the photographs you want. We will suggest a schedule around those details and the time the room is available.

Can we include a group photograph?

We can discuss one alongside the individual portraits. It needs its own composition, enough room and a time when everyone can be together.
